BRITTANY PETERSON 

Multi-Site Community Manager

Brittany joined the team in 2022 after spending 8 years in the property management industry. She has experience overseeing a multitude of mixed-use properties in the greater Seattle area. Her passion is in the heart of the city and loves developing communities that can take advantage of all that Seattle has to offer.

She moved to the pacific northwest from northern California after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing. She loves the outdoors whether it is skiing, biking, hiking, or simply enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds Seattle. 

In 2021, Brittany earned her CAM certification and plans on continuing her education to achieve a CAPS certificate in 2022. She is dedicated to never stop learning, adapting, and growing with the ever-changing real estate market.

FOREST LOVE

Maintenance Supervisor

Forest operates as the Maintenance Supervisor at The Broadway Building after joining the team in the fall of 2023. Having began his career in residential property maintenance in 2021, Forest was eager to join Hunters Capital and ready to apply his attention to detail, positive energy, and plentiful experience to continually maintain the quality Hunters Capital lifestyle for all residents.

Forest has ventured across various locations in the U.S. before settling down in Seattle, where he lives with his partner, Kristi, and their beloved dog, Oslo. Beyond his professional pursuits, Forest finds joy in the simple pleasures of life such as long walks with Oslo along Lake Washington or experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Seattle with his friends.

Brigitt Harmon

Assistant Community Manager

Brigitt operates as the Assistant Community Manager at The Broadway Building. Brigitt began her career in Property Management in 2020 and has been growing ever since. Her skills in customer service, leasing, and event planning have her ready to bring the utmost value to Hunters Capital residents. Brigitt is continually looking to grow professionally and see what each chapter of her life will bring.

Born and raised in Washington, Brigitt has a profound appreciation for nature and the scenic landscapes of her home state. She grew up loving the outdoors and can be found camping, dirt biking, and hiking in her spare time. She enjoys exploring Seattle’s beautiful parks and fulfills her role as a dedicated aunt to her niece and nephew.
